3. Select the soles

High heels with leather soles are better than artificial leather, altough they are more expensive. And it’s better to placed shoe-pad inside the shoes, which can help relieve the pain. In addition, the shoe-pad will avoid you from slipping.

4. Pay attention to the ankle strap

Ankle strap is a good friend to the girls. Because ankle strap can help you to keep balance when wearing high heels, especially for a long walk. But the ankle strap should not be too tight, or it will hinder the feet blood circulation.
